GGPoker Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

1 General Terms & Conditions

GGPoker (bundles ggpoker.ml) is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between GGPoker and its users. By accessing our website, mobile app, or any of our services, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

These Terms apply under the laws of Bangladesh and all other countries where GGPoker operates. GGPoker reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

The following requirements must be met to open an account on GGPoker:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Government-issued ID may be requested at any time to verify your age.
• Only one account is permitted per person, household, address, or device. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information will result in account termination.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is legal in the country where you reside.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Sharing your account with others is not permitted.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, we may request a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence. KYC verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. Withdrawals cannot be processed without a completed KYC.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

GGPoker supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposited funds may only be used in the account for which KYC has been completed. Deposits or withdrawals made through a third party are strictly prohibited. GGPoker reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transactions and place them on hold if necessary.

Additional verification may be required for security purposes at the time of withdrawal. Larger withdrawal amounts may take longer to process.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bonus usage rules form an important part of GGPoker's Terms and Conditions. The following terms apply to all bonuses and promotional offers:

• Wagering Requirements: Before withdrawing a bonus, you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times (typically 20x–35x). Wagering requirements may vary per bonus.
• Bonus Validity: Every bonus has a set validity period, typically 30 days. If the wagering requirements are not met within that period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for the welcome bonus only once. Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is considered fraud.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are issued for use on specific games only. Please read the details of each bonus carefully.
• Bonus Cancellation: GGPoker reserves the right to cancel any bonus at any time and for any reason, particularly if fraudulent activity is detected.

Bonus abuse — such as placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements or using any other strategy to circumvent bonus terms — is strictly prohibited. If detected, all bonuses and associated winnings will be voided.

5 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

GGPoker is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. All our games use internationally recognized Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is regularly audited by independent third parties.

• Each game has its own rules, which can be reviewed before the game starts.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, it can be resumed from the last saved state.
• Server records are considered final. Game outcomes cannot be altered due to any technical error on the client side.
• If collusion, chip-dumping, or any form of misconduct is detected at the poker table, the player's funds will be confiscated.

6 Prohibited Activities

Under GGPoker's Terms and Conditions, the following activities are strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action:

• Automation & Bots: Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to give one participant an unfair advantage.
• Money Laundering: Depositing funds from illegal sources or attempting to launder money through gaming.
• Fraud: Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through software or hardware.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits.
• Use of Another Person's Details: Operating an account under another person's name or identity.

If any such activity is detected, GGPoker reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit all balances and winnings, and notify law enforcement authorities if necessary.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

GGPoker reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• If suspicious transactions or gaming activity are detected.
• As required by law or directed by a regulatory authority.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months) may be subject to closure.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid balance will be returned upon closure; however, if the account is closed due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.

8 Responsible Gaming Policy

GGPoker believes gaming should be a healthy form of entertainment. Responsible gaming is a core part of our Terms and Conditions and remains our highest priority.

• Deposit Limits: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• Self-Exclusion: You can exclude yourself from gaming temporarily or permanently.
• Cooling-Off Period: You can take a break ranging from 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
• Reality Check: You will be reminded at regular intervals of how long you have been playing.

9 Dispute Resolution Process

Any complaints or disputes will be resolved through the following steps:

• Step 1: Submit a written complaint to our support email ([email protected]). We will provide an initial response within 72 hours.
• Step 2: If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution, the matter will be escalated to our senior management.
• Step 3: For a final resolution, you may refer the matter to an independent mediator or the relevant licensing authority.

GGPoker's server logs and database records are considered final and conclusive in all dispute resolutions. Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the relevant incident.

10 Terms & Conditions Updates

GGPoker reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. When changes are made:

• You will be notified at your registered email address before any significant changes take effect.
• Updated terms take effect from the date they are published.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the new terms, you may close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.
